Tips for Protecting Ya Neck During Barbell Workouts and Weightlifting

Protecting your clavicles and neck during barbell workouts is a needed thing for some, and we’ve made it quick and easy to do so! LiftCollar Pro Tips:

·  Extra padding is located on the front of the collar, and when worn correctly, the center seam is positioned in the front of the body. The LiftCollar logo should be positioned at  the back neck.

·  The LiftCollar goes on with ease by putting it around the neck, with the velcro ends positioned in front of the body. Fasten velcro, then turn the collar until the padded portion/center seam is positioned in front. 

·  The LiftCollar should fit snugly around your neck to prevent shifting. The 1” wide velcro allows for a more customized fit. 

·  When storing or washing, fasten the velcro to prevent snagging other items in your gym bag or wash.

·  Machine wash and air dry to keep it fresh. Your gym mates will appreciate this!
